Booking & cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session; later cancellations may incur a 50% fee.

Health & safety

Please disclose any injuries, conditions, or medications so your therapist can adapt your session safely.

Conduct

Our therapists are licensed healthcare professionals. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full charge.

Liability

Bleu Heal is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from services. Please consult your physician before starting any therapy program.
